Return Policy

- All returned items must be unwashed, unworn, and in perfect condition. Please ensure that hygiene tags and labels are intact and return the item in its original packaging.

- Sale items discounted less than 30% may only be returned for exchange or store credit. Items discounted more than 30% are not returnable.

Exchanges and Store Credit

All full-priced items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of shipment through our returns portal. You will receive a 120% refund of the original item price, making your purchase hassle-free!

All items returned for exchange or store credit receive a free return label.

Refunds

All full-priced items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of shipment. Please note that there is a $10 fee for the return label.

Returns for Defective Products

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event of a product defect or quality issue beyond your control, please email Support@ImogenFraser.shop with a picture of the defect and we will resolve it for you as soon as possible!
